Delivery

The table above lists the current delivery charge and the usual delivery time for each area. One parcel carries up to 10 items; each item after the first adds a small charge, shown at checkout. Times are counted from dispatch and are what couriers usually take, not a guarantee. The courier calls the number on the order before delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives: the product price plus the delivery charge shown at checkout.

Check your parcel

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, tell the delivery person and contact us straight away.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, or open a request under Account → Returns. Once we confirm the problem we replace the item or refund you. Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or Rocket to a number you give us.

We cannot accept returns for a change of mind, or for items that were used or damaged after delivery.
